A couple of weeks I get a chance to go hang out with the Homies. We went to Hennessy Artistry featuring Common and Friends. We knew it would be a great show but we weren’t expecting the amount of talent that came on the stage. With in one big performance with no break Common brought on cameos from artist such as LudaCris, De La Soul, The Roots, Heavy D, Naz, Mos Def and Talib, Queen Latifa and Kanye check out some of the performances I was able to catch on my digital (FYI I think I need a Flip).

So two seconds be for this Common mentioned Kanyes name and the crowd booed. Then Kanye jumped on stage and amazingly everyone changed their minds… LOL

As serious as life has been recently I think we all need a good ol’ laugh on a Friday. To my West Indian Massive. I think I actually had this woman as my teacher in primary school in Antigua.

So a couple of weeks ago after being in LA for 2 years I attended my first Dodger game. I kind of felt like I was cheating on my Yankees. However with Yankee Stadium gone I don’t feel so bad. So any ways being blessed with dope seats and a parking pass, I wrangled up the fam and we headed to ball game.

Man there is a lot of rules in this place.

So my LA family has always told me I have to go to a game to get a Dodger Dog. So since I’m here let me get involved

Ok that was bomb! Ok now that’s out of the way lets play ball.

My timing was perfect. See this was game 13 on May 6th. The last game before Manny was suspended. So I got to see king hype in action.

The one thing I will say that’s dope about a Dodger game is seeing the fans. It almost reminded me of the Bronx.

All in all it was a really good time. And its 1… 2…. 3 and your out………

So last week I went to Palm Springs to sponsor a series of events at the Riviera Hotel during Coachella. Here are a couple of pics from the weekend.

So how man wristbands do you actually need

Of course the drive home wasn’t pleasant. Thank goodness I drove by this accident right after it happened. My friends were delayed for hours because of it. FYI it didn’t seem like anyone was hurt.

So I got an email from someone asking my to break down what a day in my life consisted of. So one day I took the digi cam with me to document the happenings in a day in my life.

First thing I do is hit the gym. If it’s one thing moving to Cali has done is gotten me to live a lot more healthy. I try to hit the gym at least 3 times and work out with my trainers. 

After that I run a couple errands. One of which is going to the cleaners. It’s crazy how any type o mom and pop business out here is over run with peoples head shots.

Then I go back home and get ready for the day. First get dressed. Gotta make sure you wear something that wont be to hot in the day and no to cool at night. And fresh kicks is a must, peep the Yeezys in action.

So when you have to do as much driving and meetings as I do in the course of the day you need your traveling office. Mine i my book bag. Stuffed with everything I may need in the course of the day.

Also I make sure I pack my goodie bags for my meetings. When promoting a new product like IX it’s important to make sure the right people get it in their hands.

After getting packed up I jump in the car and head out.

Shout out to my girl Wendy the car woman. Any body out there in need of a car no matter where you are hit up Wendy. She gets you the best deals. 

And here what takes up the majority of my day.. TRAFFIC!

The one goo thing about driving in LA is the craziness you see.

My day is also filled with various meetings

When introducing bars and night clubs to IX there is a lot of staff trainings involved. So I’m doing that as well.

And a brother gotta eat. I love Mexican food

Once a week I see the homie Kelly to get a cut. So glad he moved from NY to LA a month before me and I didn’t have to search for a barber.

Then its off to the club to see watch people pop Belve

Then it’s back to the crib to recharge and start again.
